What time is check-in and check-out?
You can move into your apartment from 1 p.m. on your day of arrival. On your departure day, the apartment must be handed back by 11 a.m. If you need the apartment for longer, a later check-out can be arranged, subject to availability

How often is the apartment cleaned?
The apartment is cleaned 1x weekly. Hand towels are also changed 1x weekly, bed linen changed 2x monthly.

Is smoking permitted in the apartments?
For the comfort of future guests, both of our apartments are non-smoking. However, we would be pleased to provide an ashtray for your terrace. In wet weather, this is protected by a glass canopy outside your door.

Is there a minimum rental period for the apartments?
Yes, apartments must be rented for a minimum of one month. You can stay for as long as you like. As long as your apartment is not booked to somebody else, you can ask to extend your stay at any time.

Do I have to do conclude a rental contract?
No, no rental contract is concluded. You book your apartment just like a hotel room. For a firm booking confirmation we require payment of 25% of the total cost for your stay by bank transfer.

When and how do I pay?
To secure your firm booking confirmation, we require a payment of 25% of the total cost of your stay by bank transfer. For short stays, payment for your entire stay must be made by bank transfer in advance or no later than upon arrival in cash. Each month must be paid for in advance.

Do I have to pay a deposit or commission?
No deposit is required for short stays of up to one month. For stays of more than one month, a deposit of 1000 is required.

How much are the cancellation fees?
We will hold cancellation fees of 25% of the total cost of your stay if you do not turn up.
