The exclusive Business Apartments are highly individual and modern, and have been furnished with a great deal of attention to detail. They offer you a fully equipped kitchen, generously proportioned living space including a bedroom area, designer bathroom with quality glass fittings, a dedicated parking place right outside the apartment door and its own terrace with comfortable garden furniture. Free Internet access and satellite television have of course also been provided. Both apartments are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

The apartments are located to the south of the city of Cologne, right on the Rhine waterfront and close to the green belt in the delightful residential district of Marienburg.
There is the excellent restaurant "Tullio" (one of Cologne's most popular restaurants) 50 m away. In the attractive Rodenkirchen area of Cologne (just 1 km from your apartment) you will find restaurants and bars, a wide range of shops, pharmacies and cinemas. The tram station is just 150 m from the apartment, taking you along the Rhine to the centre of Cologne in just a few minutes. Cologne Cathedral and the central railway station are just 4 km away, Cologne Exhibition Centre 7 km and Cologne Airport 17 km.
